These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and dnatoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atdnatoto.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game, sporting event, or promotional offer made available through dnatoto, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with any supplemental rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, and policies referenced herein or published separately on the platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use any part of the dnatoto platform. Use of the platform by individuals who have not read or do not accept these Terms does not diminish the enforceability of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the dnatoto platform, used to access gaming services, deposit and withdraw funds, and manage personal preferences.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by dnatoto prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which dnatoto operates for Malaysian-market transactions.
• "Platform" means the dnatoto website, mobile-optimised site, and any other interface through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct expressly forbidden under Section 8 of this Agreement, including but not limited to account fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover Requirement") means the minimum total wager volume a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to dnatoto and its authorised operational entities, partners, and licensors.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on dnatoto, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. dnatoto does not permit gambling by persons under 21, regardless of the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order imposed by dnatoto or any affiliated gambling operator.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of dnatoto or any of its software, payment, or marketing service providers.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
6. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Registration Process

Each individual may hold only one Account the dnatoto platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any secondary authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dnatoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes after registration. Outdated or inaccurate account information — particularly regarding payment details, phone number, or email address — may delay withdrawal processing or result in temporary Account restriction.

4.4 KYC Verification

dnatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dnatoto supports the following MYR-denominated payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking transfer, 7-Eleven Cliq, and cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. dnatoto reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, dnatoto will contact the Account Holder to arrange an alternative verified channel. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Processing times are indicative only and not guaranteed.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

dnatoto operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals may be held pending enhanced due diligence review if unusual transaction patterns are detected. dnatoto is not liable for delays caused by such reviews.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by dnatoto are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Account Holders only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• dnatoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirement applicable to active Bonus Funds, those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The real-money balance, if any, remains withdrawable subject to KYC completion.
• Bonus abuse — defined as any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• All monetary values referenced in promotions are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposit bonuses are calculated based on the MYR equivalent at the time of crediting.

The rules governing individual games and betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or altered after placement except where a cash-out feature is available and the Player exercises that option prior to the event's conclusion.
• dnatoto reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event subsequently declared void by the relevant governing body, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, dnatoto will use server-side game logs to determine the final outcome. The platform's records shall be definitive.
• dnatoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single bet or combination of bets. Current maximum payout limits are published within the sportsbook and game lobby.
• Live betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia matches, EPL fixtures, UFC events, and other real-time markets — are subject to suspension or closure at the discretion of the trading team if market integrity is at risk.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dnatoto platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering under a false identity for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Coluding with other Players in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Attempting to launder money or use dnatoto as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to yield guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• Sharing, selling, or transfering your Account or Balance to any third party.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content published on the dnatoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of dnatoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of dnatoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dnatoto, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) use of or inability to use the platform; (b) reliance on any content or information provided on the platform; (c) any technical failure, interruption, or delay in service delivery; (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of a User's data.

dnatoto's aggregate liability to any individual User arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit dnatoto's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Users in connection with their dnatoto Account is governed by the dnatoto Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

dnatoto collects personal data strictly for the purposes of providing gaming services, processing financial transactions, meeting regulatory obligations, and communicating promotional offers to opted-in Users. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

dnatoto is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. Gambling should at all times remain leisure activity conducted within the User's personal financial means.

dnatoto provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings or by contacting customer support at any time:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and mandatory session breaks
• Wager limits and loss limits per defined period
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account restrictions of24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the dnatoto platform

By the User: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to any pending KYC requirements and provided no investigation is active on the Account.

By dnatoto: dnatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, or conduct that is harmful to other Users or the integrity of the platform.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, dnatoto reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation and to recover losses or damages caused by the User's breach from any outstanding balance.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to dnatoto's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent dnatoto from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any alleged breach of intellectual property rights or fraudulent conduct.

dnatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made that affects Users' rights or obligations, we will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your Account and/or by publishing a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the dnatoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

We endeavour to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by our licensing authority.
